Grover Center: Space Reservation/Agreement Form

  • Facility requests must be submitted to Grover Center Operations (593-9336) in the Dean's Office (Grover W379), at least One Week Prior and Not More Than Six Months In Advance to the date of the activity.
  • To submit your request online, complete all applicable information in the form and click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page. If you want to print a copy of the request for your records, do so before clicking the SUBMIT button.
  • Facility requests will not be considered unless the form is completed.
  • Reservations are not in effect until you receive confirmation from Grover Center Operations.
  • If food is being provided, you need to contact the Atrium Cafe.
  • If event is a fundraiser, more information may be requested prior to final approval.
  • For questions regarding Technology, please contact Computer Lab at 740-597-3207.
  • Charges may be assessed for set-up, clean-up, supervision and equipment.
  • If your event is cancelled or you change any information regarding time, needs, etc. please contact Grover Center Operations (593-9336) immediately.
