ALUMNI & FRIENDS

Ohio University's College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) has more than 16,000 alumni, whose varied careers reflect the diverse programs within the College, from teachers to sports executives to health-care administrators. The College's six schools are Hearing, Speech and Language Sciences; Human and Consumer Sciences; Nursing; Physical Therapy; Public Health Sciences and Professions; and Recreation and Sport Sciences.

CHHS is OU's youngest college, having been established in 1979 from programs that up until that time were part of other academic units. The College's relative youth means that its pre-1979 alumni may have actually "graduated" from another college, such as Education or Arts and Sciences. When CHHS was formed, all these alumni instantly became a part of CHHS and its history.

Society of Alumni and Friends
The College's alumni organization and its 23-member board of directors work to keep CHHS alumni connected to the College. Find out more about this  organization and how to get involved.

ATRIUM  Alumni Magazine
The Dean's Office keeps CHHS alumni informed about the College's programs, events and people through its ATRIUM magazine. View PDF versions of issues dating to winter 2006.
