About the System
The Digital Measures professional activity database is used by more than 400 schools and colleges in more than 20 countries to manage accreditation and personnel information. It provides a single place in which CHHS faculty and staff members can compile, track and extract all of their Ohio University professional information, including teaching, grants, publications and awards. Here are the types of reports this system can prepare:
- Vitas
- Performance appraisal documents for promotion and tenure
- Annual faculty activity reports
- Accreditation reports
This database also feeds selected information to the College of Health and Human Services Web site, including staff and faculty contact information, as well as recent publications and awards. Thus, when a staff or faculty member updates his or her information in the Digital Measures database, it is updated almost immediately on the College's Web staff directory.
Getting Help
No training is necessary on the Digital Measures system, since its menus are self-explanatory. However, if you encounter a problem, contact CHHS Communitcation Director Jody Grenert at grenert@ohio.edu, or Dean's Executive Assistant Deborah Brewer at brewerd@ohio.edu
