Located on the first floor of Grover Center, the Atrium Cafe is a "real-world" laboratory that is open to the public, seats 40 and has a commercial kitchen. The facility provides students in the School of Human and Consumer Sciences experience in every facet of the food-service business, from preparing food to inventory control to catering functions.
