Ohio University School of Recreation and Sport Sciences

The following materials must be received before an applicant is considered for admission:

1. Completed application, available at http://www.ohio.edu/graduate/apply.cfm
2. Official transcripts from each post-secondary institution attended.
3. Two-four page typed statement of professional goals that includes information about the applicant's background and experiences and how they relate to his/her future career goals.
4. A resume of your educational background and professional work experience
5. Three letters of recommendation, one of which must come from the immediate supervisor.

Completed applications (online application, letters of recommendation, transcripts, TOFEL Scores, statement of professional goals) must be received by July 31, 2009.
